Chef/Owner: Kelli Lewton

Kelli L. Lewton is the owner and executive chef for 2 Unique Caterers & Event Planners (2 Unique) and purefood2u in Royal Oak, Michigan.  Chef Kelli’s passion for fresh food and personal service led her to launch 2 Unique in the Fall of 1991.  Chef Kelli’s enthusiasm for “real” and “pure” food lead her to open pure food 2 U, an organic meal delivery service in the winter of 2008.

Chef Kelli started her culinary career by attending Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts. After graduating from Schoolcraft College she worked in a number of fine dining establishments throughout the Metro Detroit Area before the start of 2- Unique.  Chef Kelli has continued her association with Schoolcraft by serving as an instructor in the Culinary Arts and CES programs since 1993.

Chef Kelli, has become a leader in her industry; she is a regular guest on Fox 2 News, writes and contribute to numerous publications, recipient of numerous culinary awards and medals and is proud to have been of service to two U.S. Presidents, numerous professional athletes, celebrities, CEOs and wonderful customers over southeast Michigan and beyond!

Kelli is now living in her full passion with the new division of pure food 2 U; cooking with REAL local, organic and sustainable foods which, in turn brings life to amazing prepared organic meals which nourish the mind, body, soul.  She believes that is important that as a wife, mother, chef and culinary educator that she stands up and advocates for eating REAL foods.  Kelli teaches numerous culinary classes including a series of organic natural food classes   Kelli lives and works by the tenet that all finished food should be born from as close to the vine as possible.  She is steadfast about using only the freshest ingredients and organic products from preferably local vendors.  She has built her business on the principle of nourishing food, made with integrity, pleasing to the eye is memorable to the tongue and memory.

Executive Chef: Sara Nadlicki
Chef Sara did not start off on the usual path to cooking.  She attended the University of Michigan and received her Bachelor’s degree in English.  To help pay for college she scoured the classified ads for a job and came across a position for a sauté cook.  She applied, got the job and fell in love with cooking.

Chef Sara studied under Mary Brady, the executive chef and co-owner of Diamond Jim Brady’s Bistro.  For sixteen years Chef Sara has been in whites working with some of the most celebrated chefs in Michigan.  Chef Sara honed her culinary talents while working at the Garland Resort and Tapawingo.  For nine years Chef Sara has been working side by side with Chef Kelli.

Under the guidance of Chef Sara the 2 Unique kitchen has built a team of culinary professionals who on a daily basis create feasts for our corporate and private clients.  When Chef Sara has free time she enjoys sharing a meal with her husband, Mike at Streetside Seafood in Birmingham.  Together her and Mike volunteer as advocates for animals.

Director of Sales: Adrienne Amelio Perzyk
Adrienne studied Sales and Marketing at Ferris State University from 1987-1990.  With over 25 years experience in the food industry 18 years has been dedicated to Catering and Event Planning,  Adrienne’s attention to detail, creativity and enthusiasm has successfully helped her execute thousands of events including; corporate, fundraisers, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, as well as catering for Fortune 500 Ceo’s, famous Musicians and Sports figures.  Adrienne also co-teaches a Catering & Event Planning class in the Schoolcraft Culinary College as well as being involved with many charities.  Adrienne currently serves on the board of directors for ISES.  She treats all of her clients like her own family and makes sure they are comfortable before every event.  When she is not planning events she enjoys going to hear live bands, cooking and supports her favorite sports teams.

Sales Manager: Carolyn Berry
Carolyn is a warm, friendly yet highly professional individual that has been in the fascinating world of catering for closing in on 13 years.  What she loves most about this ever changing and challenging career path is the magnificent array of individuals and versatile venues Carolyn has the pleasure of working with.  She believes working for a reputable company enables us to reach extraordinary accomplishments for our clients.  Carolyn believes attaining a high level of integrity and incredible attention to detail, reflects in always ensuring her clients a flawless and fabulous event!  Her goal is to give you the opportunity to transition into a relaxed and comfortable role as a guest at your own event!
