Kenna Dollete

Executive Chef

Chef Kenna is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Portland, Oregon and a lifelong resident of Metro Detroit. She gained her love for the culinary arts working alongside her mother in the catering industry for over 10 years.


Chef Kenna has worked in fine dining across the country, including Detroit staple Selden Standard.

She was integral in the opening of the cafe within the BasBlue Women's Center in Midtown Detroit and brings a commitment to community service to all that she does.


When she is not in the kitchen, you can find Chef Kenna kayaking, mushroom hunting, salmon fishing and enjoying the beautiful Michigan outdoors.
