Chad Sweesy is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, New York. Chad has been working in the culinary industry for over 20 years alongside high profile chefs, and has a background in private country clubs, city clubs, hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, and virtual dining concepts.
Chad gets his passion from his dad, who was a baker for 32 years.
Chad enjoys letting the food express its own flavors and enhancing the foods background, when the opportunity presents itself. Simplicity is a good thing when it comes to food.
In Chads spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, being on the athletic fields with their activities, to adventures with the love of his life, his wife. Chad also enjoys giving back when he can; from mission trips to Haiti, dinners at church, and to the community we live in.
