Chef/Owner Kelli Lewton lives and works by the tenet that all the food we execute should be sourced as close to the vine as possible. Kelli is in her full passion with her style of cooking; high quality ingredients, dedication to local and sustainable farmers, and an everlasting devotion to food. As a result, this brings to life our amazing prepared meals and one of a kind events. Two Unique both commits and celebrates cutting edge and diverse menu styles with clients for their most special days. Kelli’s mantra is “it all starts and ends with the food, that is what they will remember 1, 2, 5 or 10 years from now...every event is our most important event."
Chef Kelli is a proud graduate of the prestigious Schoolcraft Culinary Arts College and has been teaching culinary arts as a chef instructor at Schoolcraft in upwards of 20 years, considering it a ministry/blessing to be able to give back to her culinary community.
Chef Kelli has become a leader in her industry; she is a regular guest host on Fox 2 News Cooking School, writes and contributes to numerous publications, she is the recipient of a number of culinary awards and is proud to have been of service to two U.S. Presidents, numerous professional athletes, celebrities, CEOs and all our wonderful customers all over southeast Michigan and beyond.
She likes to spend time with; family & friends, God, 2U staff, Orange Theory, road cycling, everything outdoors including her Port Austin cottage and her chocolate lab, Ruby.
